One Year Anniversary

The past few weeks have been crazy with new classes, time change and too many play dates. So busy that I slacked off on updating and missed the one year anniversary of this blog!

Perhaps it is time to take a break from this blog. One of my intentions of writing this blog was to hold myself accountable for what I feed my precious girls. Now I realize that I am much more neurotic when it comes to feeding my girls than I gave myself credits for. So, I believe I will continue to raise my children nutritiously to the best of my knowledge. I was also using this blog to keep track of my ideas for baby food but at this point, my girls are able to eat most of everything we eat.

Over the past year of solid food experience, my girls have grown into reasonably good eaters who love fruits and vegetables. They are still not big on meat and are definitely carb lovers, but they do not eat candy and have very limited intake on heavily processed food. I hope that I will continue to raise them this way, and hopefully apply the same dietary concept to myself and the husband when I have more time.
