Breakfast
Peanut butter jelly sandwich
Vanilla yogurt
Banana

Lunch
Crustless quiche- zucchini, spinach, mushroom and sausage
Vanilla yogurt with pineapple

Dinner
"Mac and cheese" with sweet potato and sweet peas
Tomatoes
Fish stick- with ling cod
Persimmons



Note: My friend Jen sent me a recipe for fish stick from the Petit Appetit Blog so I tried it out with ling cod fillet today. The recipe contains simple ingredients and is very easy to made. Even a fish hater like me enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my girls mainly used it to pick up ketchup (organic from Trader Joe's) to suck on. I will try again though.
