Breakfast
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Hard boiled eggs
Cantaloupe

Lunch
Pasta with tomatoes, zucchini, sweet peas and chicken
Orange

Dinner
Red rice- with green bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce and sausage
Strawberry banana yogurt with DHA.
Pear and blueberries
