Note: To prepare for our lunch dim sum today, Daddy suggested that I prepare protein and vegetables for the girls since they tend to eat only starch when we eat out. It was a great idea! Because I didn't have to cook starch which usually take longer than vegetables or fruit, it took me only a little time to get ready!
BBQ Dinner at home
After moving to our house for nearly 3 months, we decided that it was time to get the grill fired up. Here's our menu:
Honey glazed pork chops
Huli huli chicken (boneless thigh only)
Corn
Veggie kabob (zucchini, orange pepper, red pepper and mushroom)
Dinner roll
Watermelon
The girls ate with us and had the dinner rolls, corn, a few bites of the chicken and pork chop and the vegetables. They loved the grilled peppers but didn't care for the mushrooms at all. As usual, they loved the watermelon.
