Lunch
Whole wheat pasta with tomato, sweet pea, corn and egg
Smoothie- Vanilla yogurt, banana, strawberry and orange juice
Dinner
Chicken soup- with carrots, celery and whole wheat pasta
Steamed Asian pear with ginger, honey and dates
Notes: The weather suddenly turned cold and rainy and the girls are having runny noses. We are having lots of soups and homemade cold remedy this week!
