As I mentioned before, I didn't think my girls eat enough fiber and protein while we were on the road, so today's diet will be rich in fiber and protein. (Also, we didn't get to go to the farmers market last weekend, so we are a bit low on options today)

Cheerio
Vanilla yogurt with strawberries and banana
Note: Lets get the intestines moving!!
Lunch
Crustless quiche with mushrooms, zucchini and spinach
Persimmons
Dinner
"Mac and Cheese" with sweet potatoes and carrots
Sweet peas
Orange
