Yakisoba with shitake mushrooms, cabbage, red pepper and eggs

Chicken and rice with peas
Tomatoes
Grapes and persimmons

Note: The chicken and rice with peas recipe comes from the Cooks Illustrated 30 minute meal recipe. The rice was cooked with chicken, broth and the flavorful onion and garlic. It's an easy and tasty dish. One of the girls really liked both the chicken and the rice.
