Note: I made three "dessert soups" this weekend. One started at nearly 2am last night and one this morning. Yeah, I think I was manic. The three soups were: red bean soup with brown sugar, taro with tapioca and sweet potato soup with ginger and brown sugar. The girls didn't really care for steamed sweet potatoes before, so I was surprised they kept asking for more after trying the sweet potato soup I was having. Maybe they liked ginger?
