Ginger, date and honey tea
Note: The girls are having a cold so I made them a "special tea". Sliced ginger and dried dates were boiled in water until the liquid is spicy enough. Honey was added so the "tea" was sweet and pleasant. Served warm.

Pasta with carrots, baby bok choy, tomato, tofu and eggs
