Mixed grain porridge with red bean and longan

Note: A new friend recommended this mixed grain for porridge. It contains: brown rice, oats, wheat flake, sorghum rice, buckwheat, green bean, pearl barley, pearl rice, pumpkin seed, lily bulb and red lentil. Wow!

Dinner
Mixed grain and rice
Steamed brazino seabass
Mapo tofu with ground pork
Baby bok choy
White peach
