Scrambled egg with spinach and cheddar cheese
Smoothie- vanilla yogurt, apple juice, banana, strawberry, blackberry and honey
Note: Play dates often disrupts the girls eating schedule. This morning they ate a lot of the tomato and crackers so I decided they could have a smaller lunch rich in protein. It worked out well and didn't require too much persuasion.
Dinner
Fried rice with zucchini, carrots, sweet peas, corn, fish cake and egg
Cantaloupe
