Breakfast
Banana bread
Vanilla yogurt
Grapes

Lunch
Pasta with shallot, tomato and spinach
Scrambled eggs
Steamed broccoli
Oranges

Snack
Peanut butter and banana
Brown rice puff
Raisins

Dinner
Rice and millet porridge
Chicken, carrots and broccoli with cheese sauce
Steamed Asian pear

Note: The girls were still sick today and did not eat very well throughout the day, so I made this nutritious and creamy porridge for them. Unfortunately, they weren't very interested in dinner. The Asian pear was a hit though!!
